I agree with this quote because i think breakfast is the most important meal of the day.Even though i don't eat breakfast i know that it energizes you for the day to keep you moving. it's also where you get most of of the nutritions of the day. eating breakfast increases your concentration. If you go to school in the morning without eating breakfast you wont be concentrating on your school work you will only be concentrating on your stomach growling. lunch and dinner are not so important because you don't get as much as a nutritional value from your meal, i mean you still do but not as much as breakfast. Breakfast you get loads of nutritional value. you can get value form the eggs, pancakes, milk, orange juice, bacon, etc.
