Last night I made Spaghetti. It was really good. I dont know how to explain it....it was hot, saucy and had a hint of mushroom-spice taste, but not too much; just perfect. It is a family recipe past down from my great grandma. I decided to make this because I never cook, partially because I dont know how to cook, and because it is my favorite food. It is really very simple, and cheap. I wont even eat spaghetti in a restaurant, never have, never will. I'm just picky I guess. And the garlic bread that I make is AWESOME!! It is soft, but not too soft, with a garlicy-buttery smell and taste. It compilments the spaghetti so well.
I make it about every other week, sometimes every week. My family enjoys it.
