Great Meal
The best meal I have had in the last week was probably flautas and rice. Flautas are basically taquitoes but they are made with flour tortillas instead of corn. My grandma makes them only for my families birthdays, and that is why they are so special. The crunchy tortilla wrapped around chunks of juicy chicken just taste absolutely amazing. I like to dip the flautas in gaucamole and green chile, it gives the gaucamole just a little spicyness and it is almost perfect. I look forward to eating flautas almost all year.
