"damn.. T.V...Ruined my imagination and my ability to...ummm...ya...you know..."

I personally think that although Bart Simpson was trying to make a joke out of this but this is one of societies problems with children. People think that it's ok for they're child to watch t.v for several hours without them thinking anything bad is going to happen to them. They're imagination fades away nd the idea of them being unique also fades away. Everything that is shown on t.v is shown to millions of people throughout the world so it doesnt give people the chance to be themselves or even think for themselves.
