Cool?

I believe that teens don't have any control over what is cool. This is because although there are a few individuals that create a new cool, they cannot stop the media from exploiting that cool, thus after the cool hits the media (it eventually will happen no matter what) it is controlled by the media. I believe that the corporates that hijack teen culture are actually sort of aiding teens; this is because most teens out there can't stick out for themselves and usually follow the main trends that these corporates advertise.
