"our culture is obsessed with the people we see on television and watch on movies"- Ryan Seacrest

This quote is 100% right in my mind. The world is the way it is today because of what people see on televsion and in the movies they watch. Young people see people on t.v. that they believe to be cool and want to be like. They want to become more like the people they idolize on t.v and the movies. Everything young people do today is based on what they see and believe to be cool; the way they act, dance, talk, etc. All fads are started this way as well. People see a new style and they copy it, then someone will start dresses like that person and it goes and on. I'm not going to lie as much as i like being original , alot of the what i do or dress like it because of what i see on t.v. Our popular culture is based with what people see on t.v. and movies. I do not like Ryan Seacrest but for once with his quote, i think he makes a good point.
