Fast Food
I really don't think the fast food industry is doing what is best for their employees. They pay minimum wage and they have basically no where they can go with the job. They are just trying to use the cheapest labor they can find so that they can make millions of dollars. This does not help employees at all, if they have no chance to move up in a company then why would they work harder. Maybe if they had insentive to work hard then it could be a great job. Something needs to be done about how the fast food industry operates.

I have to disagree. I believe that the fast food industry is giving a service to the people. When you have that typical high school kid trying to find a part-time job or the adult who has no credentials, it is hard to get a job that you would want or the pay you want. It is up to the individual to realize that a job at McDonalds or any fast food chain isn't permanent. These jobs will help enable people to get what they want and get some job credibility, so later on in the future, it will help them out.
I agree with you because the food industry clearly takes advantage of people, they want cheap labor. They are not going to advance with having that job. They look at their Resume and its says they work at McDonalds, the people hiring you are not going to be impressed. They are going to think it doesnt take much effort to flip burgers or clean table. So I think you brought a great point in that you are not advancing, you might just develop communication skills, but thats as far as your going to go maintaining that job.
I agree slightly because it seems that you are totally against fast food but maybe we are the ones to blame.
If the company pays little the employees are going to not care about their jobs and the food will get worse.
I AGREE WITH YOU. THEY SHOULD TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR EMPLOYEES BECAUSE THEIR THE ONES WORKING HARD TO MAKE THEIR MONEY AND THEY DESERVE TO GET PAID WELL.
